01The brief
Redesign a course on discrimination and inappropriate workplace behavior so that employees make appropriate decisions and show expected workplace behavior, not simply recall definitions, policies or legal terms. This was a design challenge from the eLearning Designer's Academy in October 2026.
02The solution
Instead of reading theory, learners practice compliance in real workplace moments. They follow Nadia Reyes, a new team lead at the fictional company Brightline, and see what happens next and why it matters.
03Format
Narrated short scenarios of about 2 minutes each, with feedback on every choice
